Terms of Use

Who runs this site

This website is operated under the name Arcady Temple Land Clearing, which offers and manages land clearing across Temple and the rest of Bell County, with the work done by independent, insured clearing contractors.

Information on this site

The guides, service pages and blog explain land clearing methods, local rules, soils and typical costs as general information. They are not legal, engineering, surveying, tax or financial advice for your property. Permit rules, fees, burn rules and program requirements change, and the responsible agency or office has the final word, so confirm anything that matters to your project with it. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is complete or free of errors.

Price ranges and the cost estimator

Price ranges on this site, including the results of the cost estimator, are typical ranges for budgeting. They are not quotes or offers, and they are not the price of any particular job. Figures credited to a government agency are that agency's published figures and are given for context.

Estimates and the work itself

Sending the estimate form or calling does not create a contract or commit anyone to the work. A price is given after the property is walked, and each job is carried out under the written quote or agreement for that job, which sets its scope, price and terms. If anything in that agreement differs from this website, the agreement governs the job.

Using the site and the form

Please use the site and the estimate form only for genuine requests. Do not submit false information or someone else's details without their permission, send automated or bulk submissions, try to get around the bot check, or interfere with the site's operation.

Content on this site

The text, images, tools and design of this site belong to Arcady Temple Land Clearing or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use, including the planning checklist. Please do not copy or republish them commercially without permission.

Links to other sites

Links to government agencies and other public sources are provided for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Limits of responsibility

The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, Arcady Temple Land Clearing is not responsible for losses that come from relying on the general information on this site instead of confirming it for your property, or from the site being unavailable.

Privacy

How the site handles the information you send is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
